OPT Fashion Group Inc. guarantees the quality of all merchandise shipped from our warehouse. If you receive a product that is broken, torn, or mal-functioning, simply call our customer service department and we will issue you a Return Authorization along with a refund or credit. If damage is caused in the shipping process, please read our policy on Damaged Merchandise.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES


All claims must be made within 7 days after receiving. We only exchange physical damaged items by our manufacturer.

Please do not refuse merchandise without customer service assistance. Obtain a Return Authorization from our Customer Service Department. Unauthorized returns will be refused.

All returns are subject to a 25% restocking charge. Shipping fee is non-refundable. Buyer is responsible for the return shipping fee. Items must be in original cartons. No returns and no exchange will be accepted after 10 days of invoice date. Custom or special drop ship orders are not returnable.

Payment Method

We accept major credit cards, PayPal, checks, and purchase orders.

SHIPPING CHARGES

OPT Fashion Group Inc. uses UPS as our regular shipping agent. The shipping weight of products ordered through our website is calculated on the basis of UPS weight charges.

SALES TAX

Sales tax on merchandise, freight, and handling costs will be charged on purchases shipped to locations in the state of New York.

DAMAGED MERCHANDISE

If received via UPS or Parcel Post: If you discover that your merchandise is damaged, save the packing material and call UPS or PP for an inspection and pickup.
